1. Gold Weight Variance

• The gold weight mentioned on the Website for jewellery and mounts may vary based on manufacturing.
   
• If the customer receives a product with lesser gold weight than what was paid for, the Company will refund the difference amount.

2. Advance / Part Payment

     *  The Company may request an advance payment at the time of placing the order.
     *  The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
     *  Failure to pay the balance will be treated as a cancellation.
     * Advance payments are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
     *  We are not responsible for any transaction failures due to bank/card limits.

 

3. Terms of Use

• By using this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  These terms apply to both visitors (“Users/Guests”) and registered customers (“Members”).
• The Company may modify or discontinue any part of the Website without prior notice.
  You are responsible for checking this page for updates.

4. Definitions

    * Jewellery: Predesigned jewellery or jewellery set with diamonds/gemstones available for purchase.
All Jewellery is sold on an as-is basis.

5. Description of Services

     *  Product photos may appear larger/smaller due to screen and photography effects.
     *  Customers must register and provide all required details (including PAN for purchases above ₹2 lakhs).
     *  Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt and verification.
     *   If the bank rejects the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Product Availability

     *  Some diamonds/gemstones may be sourced from third-party suppliers.
     *  If an ordered item becomes unavailable:

    *  If the replacement price is higher → customer must pay the difference.
    *  If the replacement price is lower → we will refund the difference.
    *  Prices may vary due to market conditions and are subject to change without notice.
    *  Website pricing errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and refuse incorrect orders.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

    * Credit Card Payments : Refunded to the same credit card within the bank’s standard timeline.
    * Bank Transfer / Cheque : Refunded within 7 business days after refund request approval.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be made only after verifying the recipient’s valid government ID:

    *  Aadhaar
    *  PAN
    *  Driving License
    *  Voter ID
    *  Passport
    *  PAN is mandatory for purchases above ₹2 lakhs.
    *  Shipping address changes are allowed before dispatch only.
    *  Customers must inspect the package before accepting it.
    *  We recommend recording an unboxing video.
    *  If the recipient is unavailable, delivery will be attempted three times before returning the parcel.
    *  Reshipment charges will apply in case of repeated failed deliveries.

9. Gifting Policy

    *  Recipients must present valid government ID to collect the product.
    *  The package will display the notional gift value as required by law.
    *  An additional invoice copy can be requested during the order process.
    *  Any applicable gift tax must be borne by the customer.

10. Insurance

• Transit insurance is provided and is valid only until delivery is accepted.

11. Certifications

(i) Diamond Jewellery

Jewellery will be certified by independent third-party authorities.
Uncut diamonds, Polki, and similar types may not carry certification.

(ii) BIS Hallmark

Gold jewellery will bear BIS Hallmark indicating purity and authenticity.

12. Promo Codes

    *  The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any promo code usage.
    *  Expired codes cannot be used.
    *  Promo codes may be restricted to specific dates, products, or orders.
    *  Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

13. User Responsibilities

By using this Website, you agree that:

    *  You are above 18 years of age.
    *  Information provided is accurate.
    *  Website use is for personal and non-commercial purposes.
    *  You will not:
