Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Items purchased during sales or special offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

 Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrongly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
 Exchanging policy: All exchanging products will be delivered within 8 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.
